Organizational Communication Strategies After the Pandemic

Even today, the consequences of the pandemic on teams and employees are still noticeable in organizations. In this regard, the State of the Global Workplace: 2022 Report, by Gallup, reveals that 53% of the working population in Latin America is stressed out, compared to 44% in the rest of the world.

But that’s not all… According to the same source, 8 out of 10 workers in our region do not enjoy their job, while attributing their lack of commitment to the organization they work for to economic, personal, and social causes.

Therefore, an internal communication strategy is, increasingly, a critical tool not only to ensure fluid and effective communication with all employees, at all levels of the organization but also to address the relational and emotional dimensions in the workplace.
